Dr. Aina graduated with a B.Sc. (Ed) Biology and completed a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She taught briefly with Kogi State Teaching Service Board before going back for her Ph.D. in Guidance and Counseling at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, she later join the services of National Open University of Nigeria.

Dr. Aina has worked with several secondary schools and Ministry of Education both in Kwara and Kogi States of Nigeria, such as Offa Grammar School, Army Day Secondary School, Egbe Girls College and Education Support Services (Counseling Unit), Nigeria.

She has also taught Masters Level in Principles of Interpersonal relationship, concepts and theories of educational Administration and Planning and Under-graduate level in Design and Production of Learning Materials for Primary Schools, Introduction to Cultural and Creative Arts and Introduction to Special Education.

Dr. Aina has published several articles in the field of Guidance and Counseling, her experience includes lecturing and working with Ministry of Education in Nigeria.
